Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Tackle Mechanical Challenges: Install, repair, and troubleshoot industrial machinery with confidence and creativity.
- Minimize Downtime: Conduct preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
- Precision Alignment: Work closely with our Metrology & Optical teams to achieve laser-sharp machinery alignment.
- Deliver Excellent Service: Communicate clearly, work safely, and uphold exceptional professional standards.
- Travel & Explore: Support customers across the Northeast (2–3 overnights/week).
- Hands-On Mechanical Expertise: Skilled with hand tools and hydraulic jacks; welding or plasma cutting experience is a plus.
- Tech-Friendly Mindset: Comfortable with basic computer programs (training provided).
- Attention to Detail: You notice what others miss.
- Self-Starter Energy: Independent, reliable, and motivated.
- Customer-First Attitude: Professional, trustworthy, and service-oriented.
- Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel 50%–75% of the time.
