Requirements
What You'll Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a critical role in keeping industrial equipment operating at peak performance by:
- Installing, dismantling, repairing, and rebuilding industrial machinery
- Troubleshooting mechanical and alignment-related issues
- Performing preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Making precision mechanical adjustments and alignments
- Supporting machinery installations and plant projects
- Working directly with customers to deliver technical solutions
- Traveling throughout the Northeast and occasionally across the U.S.
What We're Looking For
You May Be a Great Fit If You Have
- 3 years of industrial maintenance, millwright, mechanical repair, or related experience
- A technical degree, apprenticeship, or trade certification
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
