We’re hiring nationally for remote sales superstars from all backgrounds: Medicare, ACA, P&C, Life, or any commission-driven sales. We are building our team now for a January start date to capitalize on the Medicare OEP and year-round sales!
Your Success is Our System:
- LEADS PROVIDED: Forget cold calls. We deliver CMS-compliant, consumer-initiated inbound leads from our social media marketing. People are calling YOU.
- GUIDANCE IN LICENSING: Not licensed in Medicare? Your proven sales skills are what we value. We provide a clear path and expert guidance through the licensing process to get you certified and ready to sell.
- TOP-TIER EARNING: Choose your pay model. Maximize your income with our industry-leading 1099 plan or enjoy the security of a W2 base commission.
- 1099: Earn up to $200 - $350 per enrollment residual bonuses on the book you build.
- W2: $20/hr base up to $150 per enrollment.
- SLA (Elite Tier): $50k base salary up to $150 advanced per enrollment profit sharing, paid health insurance, and more (promotion-based).

The Role:
- Educate clients on Medicare plans (Advantage, Supplement, and ancillary plans).
- Guide clients to the best plan for their needs and close the sale.
- Manage your pipeline and provide outstanding customer service.
