ABOUT THE ROLE
Simple Choice Benefits is a licensed Medicare brokerage helping seniors navigate their healthcare
options across the Marketplace. We are hiring a Medicare Sales Advisor to join our Mahwah, NJ
office. This is a full-time, on-site inbound sales position — you will work a warm lead pipeline and
connect Medicare-eligible individuals with the right plans for their needs. There are no outbound or
cold calls in this role. Every conversation starts with a prospect who has already expressed
interest.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Answer inbound calls from Medicare-eligible prospects who have requested information
- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D prescription drug plans
- Guide clients through plan comparisons and enrollment using CMS-compliant scripts
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM for every client interaction
- Stay current on CMS guidelines, carrier updates, and annual plan changes (AEP/OEP)
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Health Insurance license & agent certification (required before start)
- AHIP certification or willingness to complete prior to first enrollment
- Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Reliable and punctual — this is a 100% on-site role
