Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent. We are hiring either W2 or 1099 agents. The Sales Agent will be responsible for educating clients about Medicare options, generating sales, providing exceptional customer service, and representing our insurance carriers. Daily tasks include conducting consultations (all inbound leads), following up with potential clients, and ensuring clients are satisfied with their healthcare plans. The Sales Agent will also handle applications, resolve inquiries, and stay updated on Medicare guidelines and products.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sales and insurance experience at least 1 yr experience selling Medicare Advantage.
- Able to conduct a solid needs assessment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must possess a valid resident health insurance license- preferred health and life license and AHIP 2025, soon also AHIP 2026.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Previous experience in ancillary and/or Final Expense insurance is a plus.
