About The Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Exa, you will work with candidates in our recruiting pipeline, ensuring they have a smooth experience. You’ll represent Exa externally, and be the main touchpoint for our talent pool.
What You’ll Do
Compensation Range: $90K - $150K

About The Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Exa, you will work with candidates in our recruiting pipeline, ensuring they have a smooth experience. You’ll represent Exa externally, and be the main touchpoint for our talent pool.
What You’ll Do
- Own the recruiting cycle, from outbound strategy to interview process to close
- Represent Exa and convince top talent to join our team
- Move candidates along the pipeline, answer questions, and work with our recruiting team on sourcing strategy
- Handle our hyperscale needs. We routinely grow our team by ~1.5x each quarter.
- 1 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator
- Strong communication skills—you can tell a great story and sell a vision
- “People Person” — the strong ability to read people
- Comfort in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment
Compensation Range: $90K - $150K
Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
