Job Summary
We are currently seeking skilled and team-oriented applicants for the following position: Ticket Manager (Program Support Supervisor 1) for Athletics.
A three-day notice will be provided prior to closure of recruitment. All materials will be held in strictest confidence; references will not be contacted until candidates have been notified.
The primary function of this position is to coordinate all ticket operations for EWU’s athletic programs which ticket for events. Specific duties will include updating season ticket sales brochures; updating website; processing telephone, mail, walk-up, and online ticket orders; printing tickets; handling daily deposits; creating daily cash reports; overseeing game day ticket operations; overseeing and documenting complimentary admissions; supervise game day ticket personnel; processing post-event ticket reconciliation and reporting; and other duties as assigned.

- Successful candidates must be able to work evenings/weekends on days of sporting events and other athletic special occasions. Attendance at all ticketed athletic events. Travel with team(s) on occasion. Light lifting and physical labor required when assisting with game management operations.
- Rules compliance is an important responsibility of this position. Employee shall support and comply with all applicable rules and regulations of the NCAA, the Big Sky Conference, and other established bodies that govern intercollegiate athletics and the University.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years experience working in a ticketing position or related area that required successful customer service, leadership and strong communication skills, OR Bachelor’s Degree and one (1) year of experience working in a ticketing position or related area that required successful customer service, leadership and strong communication skills.
- Proficient computer background with working knowledge of ticket computer systems.
- Successful work experience that requires strong management, fiscal accountability and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to apply a responsive and flexible approach that is supportive of the needs including universal access of our students, faculty, staff and the public.
- Master’s Degree
- One (1) year of experience in a ticket operations position at the NCAA Division I collegiate or commensurate experience.
- One (1) year experience working with Paciolan ticketing software.
- One (1) year experience with annual fund operations.

Job Duties

COORDINATE ATHLETIC TICKET SALES CAMPAIGN FOR ALL RELEVANT SPORTS.
- Operate TicketsWest/Paciolan ticketing system to execute all ticket sales, process orders and maintain customer database while maintaining excellent relationship with the vendor.
- Determine goals and objectives to most effectively maximize revenue for all EWU athletic season, group and single ticket sales.
- Assist with pricing structure as well as development of sales brochures, other materials and ticket policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to include addressing ticket concerns and investigating ticket problems/complaints.
- Complete event reconciliation and make deposits in compliance with all EWU cash-handling policies and procedures.
- Develop and deliver fiscal reports as determined and requested by Deputy AD for External Operations and/or Assistant AD for Business Operations.
- Supervise, hire and assign work to student work force in support of ticket sales and game-day operations.
- Responsible for updating, collecting, and presenting all attendance figures for all ticketed athletic events.
ASSIST IN THE COORDINATION OF ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES.
- Assist in the renewal of annual fund donations.
- Execute priority assignment with Deputy AD for External Operations for annual fund donors for all athletic ticketed events.
- Assist in planning and administration of selected special events sponsored by athletic department and other departmental activities as assigned by supervisor.
