The salary for this position is $44,868 – $51,612. Where the hired candidate will begin within this range is dependent on education, experience, and skills. Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree OR equivalent years of work experience
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, pay attention to detail and produce desired results

- Input student data into information systems.
- Audit applications daily.
- Input student confirmation and cancellation information.
- Input academic reinstatement approval and denial information.
- Make initial admission decisions for former students.
- Coordinate creation and filing of student application records.
- Schedule and coordinate the transition of enrolled student records to the Office of Records and Registration.
- Schedule and coordinate the periodic destruction of inactive student application records.
- Coordinate daily mailings to students using communication systems as well as mail merge software and advanced macros.
- Ensure application processes are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Continually assess and improve workflow pertaining to data entry and file management processes.
- Develop and maintain written procedures to assist in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with application transition from the CRM to other systems.
Program Process Support
- Inform CiHS students of proper registration procedures; resolve holds/problems.
- Provide CiHS instructors and high school administration with potential registration restrictions due to academic standing holds.
- Inform other EWU staff and faculty of current processing timelines, procedures, and other information pertinent to their work.
- Complete registration processes for students who received advising about their academic holds.
- Assist with testing and implementation of application system updates relating to Dual Enrollment.
- Provide high school administration with academic reinstatement resources for students dismissed.
