Work directly with the Director of On-Air Promotions to maintain schedules and digital assets for the Creative Services Department. The Digital Asset Coordinator will assist with workflow processes, and organize, tag, archive, edit, and deliver creative digital assets for use across other departments.
What You Will Do

Work directly with the Director of On-Air Promotions to maintain schedules and digital assets for the Creative Services Department. The Digital Asset Coordinator will assist with workflow processes, and organize, tag, archive, edit, and deliver creative digital assets for use across other departments.
What You Will Do
- Maintain and organize digital inventory, responding to asset requests from various departments for content such as videos, audio clips, social media posts, media archives, and other digital materials.
- Coordinate with the Traffic Department on on-air rotation schedules, maintain related reports, and monitor performance analytics.
- Retrieve archived media and encode content for web use.
- Tag and prepare promos for air using Adobe Premiere Pro, as needed.
- Oversee the Universal Production Music library and manage cue sheets.
- Manage the Pond5 video library.
- Schedule and track recurring tagging projects; organize and archive media assets.
- Tag, chart, and submit promo spots using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- Bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a media, marketing, creative, or digital asset environment.
- Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and keen attention to detail, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the capacity to be flexible and adapt to changes as needed.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Catholic faith and EWTN’s mission.
- Possess a working knowledge of Social Media platforms, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop preferred.
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Media, Visual Communications or equivalent training and experience.
