The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and representing Elevate Workforce with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will work directly with construction and industrial clients to provide customized staffing solutions that support their workforce needs.
Requirements
Great personality with strong interpersonal skills
High energy, self-motivated, and excited about sales
Construction-related experience (required)
Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance
Ability to pass a drug screen and maintain a clean background
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities effectively
Excellent time management, follow-up, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in staffing, labor solutions, or workforce management
Understanding of construction jobsite operations and workforce needs
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
