We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Sub-Prime F&I Manager to join our team. This role focuses on helping customers with credit challenges secure financing while maximizing dealership profitability through finance and insurance programs. If you have strong lender relationships, deep knowledge of sub-prime lending, and a passion for helping customers rebuild their credit, this is the opportunity for you.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager or Special Finance Manager
- Sub-prime lending experience required
- Established relationships with sub-prime lenders and ability to secure approvals
- Strong understanding of finance, credit, and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ethical and professional approach to every deal
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain/maintain necessary state insurance licensing
