We’re currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our Chevrolet team in Oconomowoc. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong accuracy with numbers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Under the direction of the Office Manager, you’ll support daily transaction processing and help ensure smooth business operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers at the cashier window with professionalism and courtesy
- Process customer payments (cash, check, and credit card) accurately and efficiently
- Issue receipts, give change, and document payment transactions
- Provide refunds or credit memos as authorized
- Reconcile your cash drawer daily
- Answer basic customer questions or direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Assist in resolving customer concerns with patience and care
- Open and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail
- Print and post internal paperwork as needed
- Assist with clerical and administrative support across departments
- Serve as backup to the switchboard operator when needed
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Basic computer proficiency; dealership software experience is a plus

- Previous cashier or office experience preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule & Hours:
- Monday 3:00pm-8:00pm
- Tuesday - Thursday 2:00pm-8:00pm
- Saturday 7am-5pm
