We’re looking for an Engineering Associate III – Civil with 2–4 years of experience in site design, grading, and stormwater management to take on greater responsibility in utility-scale solar projects. This is a chance to step up in your career—leading design tasks, mentoring junior engineers, and engaging with clients while delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions. What You’ll Do Execute civil design and drafting with independence, including grading, stormwater, and layout. Perform quality control reviews and provide mentorship to Engineering Associates I & II. Support client communication and technical coordination with project managers. Prepare engineering reports such as SWPPP, stormwater management, and Basis of Design. Optimize site designs for efficiency, compliance, and constructability. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field). 2–4 years of civil engineering/site design experience. Proficiency in Civil 3D (grading, stormwater, drainage, hydrology). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience mentoring junior engineers and collaborating on complex projects. Why EVS?
