Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Administrative Coordinator with staffing and/or recruiting experience to support daily administrative and operational functions in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This role requires a bilingual Spanish/English professional who is highly computer‑savvy, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in staffing agencies, recruiting environments, light industrial operations, or workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams and leadership
- Support staffing and recruiting workflows, including onboarding documentation and compliance coordination
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate professionally in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
- Prepare and review reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Coordinate scheduling, emails, and daily office operations
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
- Handle sensitive employee and client information confidentially
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Previous experience in administrative, coordinator, staffing, or recruiting roles
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time‑management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Experience
