Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to ensure a spotless environment.
• Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to keep all surfaces immaculate.
• Maintain public areas by cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms with precision and care.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to support overall cleanliness standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Assist with special cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing or deep cleaning tasks as needed to uphold high standards of hygiene.

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality environments is a plus.
• Demonstrated skills in cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial practices.
• Knowledge of hotel operations or housekeeping management enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service.
• Experience with various cleaning tools and equipment ensures efficiency in daily tasks.
