The Marketing Manager for Cosmetic Ingredients is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating marketing policies and programs to determine product demand, develop pricing strategies, and oversee product development. The role represents and manages regional marketing activities for the Cosmetic Solutions Product Line, leveraging internal and external resources to support sales, contribute to global marketing strategy, and maintain effective internal communications. The position requires independent market analysis, trend monitoring, and support of operational, strategic, and leadership marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage execution of trade shows, customer fairs, and events in collaboration with Sales, Applied Technology, and global/regional marketing teams.
- Plan and conduct digital and physical customer engagement initiatives.
- Support sales team with presentations and marketing materials.
- Collect and analyze regional/global market data on trends, competitors, market share, and import/export statistics.
- Conduct market research using tools like Mintel and other public/private datasets to support strategy.
- Identify market trends and develop Marketing Concept, Collection, or Insight presentations to promote PL products and concepts.
- Collaborate with regional AIN teams and GST Skin & Hair Care teams to execute marketing concepts.
- Provide guidance on policy interpretation, procedure development, and resolution of complex marketing issues.
- Undertake analysis, voice-of-customer research, and primary/secondary research projects to support planning and strategy.
- Develop tactical marketing campaigns to achieve operational marketing goals.
- Assist with internal communications, team motivation, and building strong customer relationships aligned with organizational strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field. A master's degree (e.g. MBA) is preferred.
- Min. 3 years of experience in marketing or related fields, with a proven track record in managing marketing campaigns and projects preferably in the cosmetics industry
- Proven experience in marketing within the cosmetic or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing communications, market intelligence, operational marketing, and strategic marketing.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret market and competitor data.
- Experience in managing events, digital engagement, and customer presentations.
- Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Capability to develop marketing concepts, campaigns, and presentations.
- Knowledge of policy and procedure implementation and guidance.
- Strong research skills including VOC, primary and secondary research analysis.
- Leadership skills to motivate teams and support organizational goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.
Summary Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. (Specific rate to be determined, but not limited to, geographic location, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).
Pay Range: $99,900-$166,500 per year
