What we're looking for
- 3 years in agency recruitment, ideally at a smaller, high-performance firm
- Proven track record placing into VC-backed startups or high-growth tech companies
- Comfortable with pace, fast-turnaround processes, and shifting priorities
- Confident working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded, delivery-focused, and able to manage full cycle recruitment end to end
The role
- Own recruitment delivery within your market vertical
- Build and maintain genuine long-term client relationships
- Manage roles from brief through to offer and start
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate network
- Contribute to team standards, ways of working, and overall performance
- Build your personal brand as the go-to person in your vertical
