360 Recruitment Consultant (AEC & Energy) ATX / Relocation and Sponsorship Offered
We’re looking for driven Recruitment Consultants with experience across the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) and/or Energy sectors, with a proven track record in both business development and full-cycle recruitment.
Note: This is a true agency role, internal Talent Acquisition experience alone will not be the right fit.

The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Drive new business through proactive, outbound client development
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through to placement
Source, screen, and manage high-quality candidates within the AEC/Energy markets
Manage interview processes and lead offer negotiations
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both clients and candidates
Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets

Experience within AEC and/or Energy markets
Proven success in business development and agency recruitment

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
