We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FinOps Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in whitespace and competitive selling, particularly in the financial operations (FinOps) space. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM Apptio or similar competitive solutions and a proven ability to drive strategic conversations with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Identify and pursue whitespace opportunities across enterprise accounts.
- Lead competitive sales engagements, positioning our FinOps solutions against market alternatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in finance, procurement, and IT.
- Deliver compelling demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Track and report on pipeline development, win/loss metrics, and competitive intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum three years of experience in whitespace and competitive selling, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
Key Capabilities
- Deep understanding of FinOps principles, cloud cost optimization, and financial accountability in IT.
- Familiarity with IBM Apptio or other FinOps platforms such as CloudHealth, Nicus, or ProsperOps.
- Experience selling to finance and IT leadership in mid-to-large enterprises.
- Background in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise financial systems.
- Certifications or training in FinOps or cloud financial management. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Ability to travel up to 25%

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. Variable incentives may also be offered.
USD Annual Salary: $125,000 - $200,000, plus incentive
