The Opportunity

This is a unique year-round position that combines industrial sewing and banner finishing with the assembly of commercial holiday decor, including wreaths and garland. What You’ll Do

Banner Sewing & Finishing

· Operate an industrial double-needle sewing machine to finish commercial vinyl banners

· Sew pole pockets, hems, and finished edges accurately and consistently

· Measure materials and follow work orders and production specifications

· Help meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards

· Inspect finished banners for quality and accuracy

· Ensure on-time, accurate delivery that protects our customer promise and reputation

· Maintain a safe, organized, clean, and efficient production area

· Assist with other banner finishing tasks as needed

Holiday Decor Production

· Assemble commercial wreaths, garland, and other holiday decor

· Attach lights, electrical cords, greenery, decorations, and other components

· Shape and fluff greenery and prepare decor for final inspection

· Assist with other production and warehouse projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

· Sewing experience required; industrial sewing experience strongly preferred

· Comfortable learning and operating industrial production equipment

· Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, quality work

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

· Team-oriented with a positive, no-ego attitude and strong work ethic

· Ability to lift materials and be on your feet for extended periods

What Sets You Apart

· Experience with banner production, vinyl or signage

· Experience sewing vinyl, canvas, awnings, upholstery, marine, or other heavy materials

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00
