Who We Are

EvolveImmune Therapeutics is a privately-held, next-generation immuno-oncology company pioneering a new class of T cell engager therapies to transform cancer patient outcomes compared to current immunotherapies. Our first-in-category biotherapeutic EVOLVE platform utilizes integrated T cell costimulation to directly target tumor cells to deliver durable anti-tumor adaptive immune responses. Our lead asset, EVOLVE104, entered clinical trials in late 2025. Additional collaboration pipeline programs (with Abbvie) and wholly owned programs are progressing toward candidate nomination. EvolveImmune’s team consists of ~50 FTEs in R&D, business development, human resources and operations with immediate plans for additional growth. Our newly expanded, state-of-the-art 20,000 square foot laboratory and office space located in the New Haven, CT biotechnology corridor is convenient to the amenities of the Connecticut shoreline, the city of New Haven and easy travel options throughout the Boston/New York City corridor.

We are seeking a talented, highly motivated Intern, who enjoys working in a team and is excited to experience conducting science in a biotech environment. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is excited about drug target discovery and wants to supplement their studies with industry experience. This paid internship is a year-long, part-time (20-40 hours per week) commitment in-person at EvolveImmune's laboratories in Branford, CT.

What You’ll Work On

• Provide laboratory support for scientists working in Translational Sciences at EvolveImmune, which includes general laboratory practices (making buffers, cell culture), molecular biology (isolating DNA/RNA, cloning, PCR), biochemistry (protein gels, western blots, ELISA), and cell engineering (overexpression or knockout and their validation).
• Work with a mentor within the Translational Sciences group at EvolveImmune to learn all necessary laboratory procedures and carry them out efficiently. 
• Keep detailed records of experiments in electronic notebooks, analyze data and present/discuss results with team members.

What You Bring

• As of Fall, 2026, enrolled in a Master’s degree program or in your final/ senior year of an undergraduate B.A./ B.S. program. The program must be in a science discipline.
• Must be able to work onsite at our Branford, CT location for scheduled internship hours.
