Role Description
We are looking for a licensed therapist in Florida (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) to join our West Palm Beach office, working both virtually and in person. Our practice helps women transform trauma, anxiety, and life challenges using the Embody Method™. We’re seeking someone who specializes in trauma, anxiety, relationships, or life transitions, is passionate about helping clients create lasting change, and thrives in a collaborative, professional team environment.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding and experience with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, psychodynamic therapy, or others.
- Proficiency in managing cases involving trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD/CPTSD, personality disorders, addiction, and other mental health conditions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to build trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain detailed and confidential records.
- Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent in the state of Florida.
- Cultural competence and commitment to delivering inclusive, empathetic, and ethical care to a diverse client population.
- Prior experience in trauma therapy or working with similar client populations is strongly preferred.
