You will play a key role in ensuring our system runs efficiently, our team is supported, and our patients have a smooth experience using the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and analyze reports within eCW (clinical, operational, and billingrelated)
- Assist patients with navigating and troubleshooting the patient portal/app
- Provide daytoday support to staff for eCWrelated issues and questions
- Create and manage provider scheduling templates and blocks
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements within the system
- Troubleshoot system errors and coordinate with eCW support when needed
- Assist with onboarding and training staff on eCW functionality
- Ensure accurate system usage and adherence to best practices
- Strong handson experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) (required) 510 years required
- Prior experience in a medical practice (preferred)
- Familiarity with medical workflows, scheduling, and reporting
Salary : $25 - $30
