Licensed Producer CSR (Remote – Part-Time)
Remote (U.S.) | Preferred: Janesville & Stoughton, WI Area
Evolve Insurance Solutions is seeking a Licensed Producer CSR to join our growing, high-performing team. This is a fully remote position with flexibility, ideal for someone who enjoys both client service and sales.
While this role is remote, candidates located near Janesville or Stoughton, WI are a plus for occasional in-person collaboration (not required).

Schedule
- 2 days per week (Wednesday & Thursday preferred)
- 9-5 CST
- Flexible hours within business day
Compensation & Benefits
- $22–$26/hour (based on experience)
- Monthly production bonus (uncapped potential)
- Simple IRA with 3% match

Responsibilities
- Quote, sell, and bind personal & small commercial policies
- Service existing clients (endorsements, billing, renewals)
- Cross-sell and round out accounts
- Follow up on inbound leads and opportunities
- Work within Momentum AMS (or similar system)
- Communicate with carriers and underwriters
- Deliver a high-level client experience
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License (any U.S. state)
- 1 year independent agency experience
- Experience quoting multiple carriers
- Strong communication and sales ability
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred
- Experience with Momentum AMS
- Prior remote role
- Strong organization and follow-up habits
- Bilingual is a plus
