Job Summary

Evolve Chiropractic is seeking a dependable, professional, and patient-focused Chiropractic Technician (CT) to join our clinical team. This is a long-term, full-time position for individuals who value health and wellness, take pride in how they show up each day, and understand the importance of consistency and professionalism in a healthcare environment.

As a CT, you will work on the therapy floor with patients prior to their chiropractic adjustment, helping guide them through prescribed therapies and supporting smooth clinic flow. You will also assist with new patient exams and re-exams in accordance with Evolve standards.

Schedule & Expectations

• Full-time, year-round position (not seasonal)
• Monday–Friday schedule with required Saturday mornings: Candidates are expected to review clinic hours by location on our website to ensure availability aligns with the role’s schedule requirements.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential
• Fast-paced, structured clinical environment

Key Responsibilities

• Guide patients through prescribed therapies prior to their adjustment
• Assist with new patient exams and re-exams as directed by the doctor
• Create a welcoming, calm, and professional experience for every patient
• Support efficient clinic flow and patient scheduling
• Accurately complete charting and documentation as directed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas, common spaces, and shared clinic areas
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, providers, and team members
• Reinforce the value of chiropractic care through professional, informed patient interaction
• Uphold patient confidentiality and clinic standards at all times

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain organized and focused in a busy environment
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable following established protocols and routines
• Professional presence appropriate for a healthcare setting
• Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required
