Evolve Cannabis & Nutrition Co. – Mount Horeb, WI
Are you an organized, people-focused professional with a passion for wellness and cannabis? We're looking for a Part-Time Store Lead to help manage the day-to-day operations of our shop and support the continued growth of our mission-driven business.
What You’ll Do:
- Store Operations: Ensure smooth, efficient daily operations
- Team Leadership: Assist with hiring, scheduling, and training staff
- Inventory Management: Oversee ordering, receiving, and stock organization
- Marketing Support: Help develop and execute local promotions and manage social media content
- Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming, knowledgeable, and community-centered environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of retail or management experience (cannabis or wellness industry is a plus)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- A genuine interest in wellness, cannabis, and serving the community
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable taking initiative and working both independently and with a team
What We Offer:
- Pay: $12.00–$20.00/hour (based on experience) sales incentives
