Position Overview
This full-time, on-site role focuses on customer acquisition, brand promotion, and sales conversion in a retail setting. You’ll gain hands-on experience in direct sales, customer engagement, and business development fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute in-store marketing campaigns and set up promotional displays
- Engage customers through face-to-face communication and relationship building
- Present products and services using consultative sales techniques
- Educate customers on promotions, features, and benefits
- Support customers through the sales process and transaction completion
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and brand representation
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals (KPIs/targets)
