Account Executive

Evolv is a fast-growing, tech-enabled payments company looking for a driven, full-time Account Executive to join our Franklin, TN office. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and AI-driven workflows to connect with both cold and warm inbound leads and execute high-volume outbound prospecting—100 dials/day and 2 hours of talk time—across targeted verticals.

What You’ll Do
Own the top of the sales funnel with daily outreach via phone, email, HubSpot, Apollo, and other tools to generate pipeline.
Manage and close both cold and warm leads from our inbound email campaigns and channel partnerships.
Conduct product demos and articulate the value of Evolv’s suite of payment tech and digital marketing solutions.
Follow a proven system with the flexibility to add your own sales style.
Deliver world-class service before and after the sale.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
What You Bring
2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with a SDR, BDR, fintech, SaaS, or digital marketing.
Ability to hit high daily activity targets.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, automation tools, and AI-powered sales systems.
Strong communicator with great follow-through and closing skills.
Bonus if you have experience with merchant services, digital marketing, or working with referral partners (banks, ISOs, ISVs).
