- Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Scoped Applications
- Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integrations
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) preferred
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies
