Job Description:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Product Owner with 2 5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you ll play a key part in building and enhancing ServiceNow SPM solutions that align with business needs. You ll act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth delivery of features and driving meaningful improvements across demand, resource, Enterprise Agile Platform (EAP), and waterfall modules.

What you ll do:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, refine user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Lead product demonstrations, collect stakeholder feedback, and use it to continuously improve solutions.
• Oversee dashboarding, reporting, documentation, and testing plans, including bi-annual upgrades.
• Partner with developers, architects, and Scrum Masters to deliver high-quality, user-friendly features.

What we re looking for:

• 2 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a focus on SPM modules (portfolio, demand, and resource management).
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC processes.
• Preferred certifications: ServiceNow CSA, Certified Implementation Specialist SPM, Agile Product Owner/Scrum Master.
• Someone who s proactive, detail-oriented, and able to translate business needs into clear product strategies.
