We’re a thriving private practice in the heart of Wilmington, NC, helping individuals, couples, families, and teens navigate anxiety, trauma, and depression with compassion and skill. We’re expanding — and we’d love to find another talented, fully licensed therapist to join our team part-time.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Provide therapy using evidence-based, heart-centered approaches.
- Maintain documentation within 48 business hours of each session.
- Represent Evolution Wellness with professionalism — and a little personality, too.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work
- Active LCMHC, LMFT, or LCSW license in North Carolina (fully licensed only)
- A growth mindset and collaborative spirit
