What You’ll Do
- Conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Provide therapy using evidence-based, heart-centered approaches.
- Keep documentation light and timely (we stick to a 24-hour note goal).
- Join in on team meetings, collaboration, and consults.
- Represent Evolution Wellness with professionalism — and maybe a little personality, too.
What You Bring
- Master’s in Social Work
- Active LCSWA license in North Carolina
- A growth mindset and a collaborative spirit
