What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment planning.
- Provide therapy using evidence-based approaches to help clients meet their goals.
- Maintain timely documentation (we keep notes stress-free with a 48-hour goal!).
- Participate in team meetings and consultations.
- Represent Evolution Wellness with professionalism — in person and online.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Current LCSWA license in North Carolina
- At least one year of postgraduate experience
- A growth mindset and genuine commitment to collaboration and client care
