The Opportunity
You will own the end‑to‑end operational strategy across infrastructure and production systems, partnering closely with engineering, product, and executive leadership. This role plays a key part in shaping how the platform scales while maintaining performance, resilience, and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead technical operations and infrastructure strategy for production systems
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across consumer‑facing and internal platforms
- Drive cost governance and cost efficiency, balancing scale, performance, and spend
- Lead and develop teams across infrastructure, operations, and production support
- Establish and improve operational processes, tooling, and metrics
- Partner with engineering leadership on scalability, architecture, and long‑term planning
- Act as a senior escalation point for production and operational incidents
What They’re Looking For
- Strong technical background in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, or systems engineering
- Proven experience leading large‑scale production environments
- Demonstrated success driving cost optimization and operational efficiency
- Experienced people leader with the ability to scale teams in high‑growth environments
- Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands‑on level
- Experience supporting enterprise or consumer‑facing platforms is highly desirable
