We’re working with a fast-scaling, Series A AI infrastructure startup building critical systems for enterprise and public sector customers - handling some of the most sensitive data in the world.
Backed by top-tier investors (General Catalyst Bessemer) and growing rapidly, the team includes engineers from Google, Amazon, Stanford and Princeton. They’re now hiring Software Engineers (mid–senior) to help build and scale a category-defining product used by law firms and government agencies.
This is a highly hands-on, product-focused role. You’ll work directly with customers, ship code daily, and operate with a high degree of ownership in a fast-moving, in-person environment.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and shipping full-stack features end-to-end
- Working directly with customers to understand needs and prioritise features
- Scaling systems to support growing enterprise demand
- Debugging and resolving production issues in real time
- Contributing to architecture and product direction
You should apply if you have:
- 2-8 years of full-stack engineering experience
- Background in startups and/or top-tier tech companies
- Strong product sense and ability to operate autonomously
- Experience building and scaling production systems

Compensation: $130k – $230k Equity
