Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, family, and youth therapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, EMDR, BrainSpotting
- Deliver telehealth therapy sessions using secure EMR/EHR systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in case management activities including treatment planning, progress documentation, clinical notes, medical records updates, and adherence to clinical documentation standards.
- Supervision for LPC limited license available onsite
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling Psychology or related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure or certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent credential.
- Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in outpatient or inpatient settings.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy (TFT), grief counseling, addiction counseling, psychodynamic/psychoanalytic, ACT, EMDR
- Familiarity with ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation.
- Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage clients efficiently while demonstrating empathy and professionalism essential.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation standards using EMR/EHR platforms; telehealth experience is a plus.

Pay: $40.00 - $160.00 per hour
