Front desk gym associate's

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for members. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Must speak Fluent English and Spanish.

Duties

• Greeting members : Welcome members and guests with afriendly attitude,.
• Membership assistance : Answer questions about memberships, pricing, and gym services.
• Assist with membership sign-ups or renewals, and cancelations.
• Monitoring who enters the gym, ensuring compliance with policies, and addressing any issues that arise,
• Ensure the front desk and gym areas remain clean and organized.
• Provide guidance on gym equipment usage or policies.
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• ocasionally assist with creating or sharing content for the gym social media accounts,
• Prepare smoothies, juices, protein shakes and energy drinks.
• Handle orders for healthy snacks.

Skills

• Fluent English and Spanish/Portuguese
• Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with an aptitude for upselling services and products.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• safely and efficiently prepare smoothies and snacks.
• Be familiar with gym equipment and fitness goals to answer questions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
