Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Boston, MA, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain tasks. As a Real Estate Agent with EVO Real Estate Group, you will be responsible for assisting clients in property transactions, conducting property research, scheduling and conducting property showings, and managing leasing or purchase agreements. You will also focus on building and strengthening client relationships and contributing to the team’s sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one
- Strong background in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Excellent Sales and negotiation skills
- Proven Customer Service experience and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in using real estate software and technology tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of the Boston, MA real estate market is highly desirable
