The design team collaborates closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and user researchers to shape how products look, feel, and function for millions of daily active users.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and qualitative interviews to uncover deep insights and validate core product hypotheses
- Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and comprehensive design systems using Figma
- Partner with product managers to define product requirements, scope feature sets, and establish measurable UX success metrics
- Collaborate directly with frontend engineers to ensure design integrity, accessibility standards (WCAG), and smooth implementation
- Facilitate cross-functional design workshops, brainstorms, and design sprints to align stakeholders around shared product visions
- Continuously audit deployed product experiences for usability flaws, identifying opportunities for iterative improvement
- 3–6 years of professional UX design experience focused on complex web or mobile applications, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking
- Expert-level proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, primarily Figma and prototyping suites
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing qualitative and quantitative user research methods
- Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design patterns, and responsive design principles
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience building and maintaining design systems or basic frontend implementation skills (HTML/CSS/React)
