Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales development representatives to consistently hit monthly and quarterly pipeline targets
- Monitor daily activity metrics and CRM hygiene across outreach channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions, call reviews, and live pitch practice to sharpen team execution
- Collaborate with sales operations and marketing to optimize lead routing, cadences, and target account lists
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales development representatives to accelerate time-to-productivity
- Report pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy to executive leadership
- 3-5 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 1-2 years managing an SDR or BDR team
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota both as an individual contributor and as a frontline manager
- Deep familiarity with modern sales stacks including Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose pipeline bottlenecks and coach to specific metrics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience selling into technical buyers or managing distributed remote sales teams
