You will remove operational bottlenecks, establish agile execution rhythms, and ensure engineering capacity is cleanly mapped to product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional project execution using Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks to track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Run daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives for distributed engineering teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks and technical blockers before they impact release dates
- Partner with engineering leadership to scope engineering work, allocate resources, and optimize sprint velocity
- Communicate project milestones, scope changes, and status reports clearly to stakeholders and executives
- 4-7 years of technical project or program management experience in a fast-paced software or technology environment
- Deep fluency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tooling (Jira, Linear, Notion)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable, structured engineering tasks
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bonus: PMP certification, Scrum Master certification, or experience managing infrastructure migrations
