Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and detailed quarterly roadmaps for core technical platforms and services
- Write comprehensive PRDs, technical specs, and user stories while collaborating directly with engineering leads to prioritize the backlog
- Drive rigorous data-informed decision making by analyzing user telemetry, A/B test results, and core platform metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market execution across design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams
- Establish SLAs, monitor product performance, and actively manage technical debt alongside engineering capacity
- 4-7 years of product management experience shipping complex B2B software, cloud services, or developer tools
- Demonstrated technical fluency with APIs, microservices architectures, and modern data infrastructure
- Strong track record of defining metrics, analyzing user data in SQL or Amplitude, and driving quantitative outcomes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to align diverse cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Bonus: MBA or direct software engineering background
