Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
- Ensure strict compliance with US GAAP accounting standards and maintain internal controls aligned with SOX requirements
- Coordinate annual financial audits and liaise directly with external auditors to deliver required schedules and documentation
- Supervise revenue recognition processes, technical accounting memos, and equity administration
- Utilize ERP systems such as NetSuite and advanced Excel modeling to streamline reporting workflows
- Partner with FP&A and operational teams to review budget variances and track financial KPIs
- 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting and high-growth technology environments
- Active CPA license required with deep technical expertise in US GAAP and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and deliver accurate reports under tight deadlines
- Bonus: Big 4 public accounting background, experience with IPO readiness, or familiarity with SEC reporting
