Premier Periodontics is seeking a Care Center Lead to oversee operations at one of our specialty periodontal locations. We are a patient-focused, team-driven organization committed to excellence in periodontal care and customer service. If you have 2-5 years of dental management experience with teams larger than 5 team members and a passion for leadership, marketing, and community involvement, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Support: Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency, patient satisfaction, and team collaboration.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee scheduling, treatment coordination, financial goals, and team performance.
- Marketing & Community Engagement: Proactively build relationships with referring dental offices and engage in local community outreach.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor KPIs, ensure revenue growth, and manage expenses effectively.
- Multi-Location Support: Work primarily in your home location but be willing to support nearby care centers as needed.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 2-5 years in dental office management, with a strong understanding of periodontal specialty care.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and develop a team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
- Marketing & Growth Mindset: Enthusiastic about practice growth and patient experience.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working 4-5 days a week with occasional support for other care centers.
