Duties and Responsibilities of Clinical Procurement Specialist Include but are not limited to the following  

•  Primary responsibility for growing network of contracted clinic sites offering specific clinical education experiences to healthcare students 
• Maintains communication via telephone, video call, and/or email with clinical site contract administrators through all stages of procurement/contract cycle
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key personnel in clinical site settings using effective email and phone communication. 
• Working closely with EIM Clinical Education Team and University Partners, create and execute clinical site recruitment campaigns on a regular basis 
•  Participate in one-on-one meetings with clinical site staff to explain UP programs and guide clinical placement decisions.
•  Maintain accurate records and tracking within Salesforce.

Key Qualifications for Clinical Procurement Specialist:  

• Proven and successful experience in B2B sales.
• Enjoy Inside sales.
• Ability to lead by influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.  
• Ability to navigate and influence stakeholder decision making within a clinical setting (rehab, private clinics, hospitals, etc.)
