We are a rapidly growing insurance agency based in Sandy, Utah, and we are currently looking to fill the role of Contracting Specialist.
This is an administrative, in-office position responsible for facilitating the contracting and onboarding process between our insurance agents and various insurance carriers. We are looking for an upbeat team player to join our amazing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working directly with agents and insurance carriers to manage contracting and onboarding.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Suite for document preparation and communication.
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions.
- Managing and organizing various office tasks, including data entry and organization.
- Handling a multi-line phone system with professional phone etiquette.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills. Please note that daily duties may vary based on office needs. This role offers significant opportunity for professional growth within the agency.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and requires working in our Sandy office (no remote work is available).
We offer Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays, though we do not currently offer health insurance.
