Window Cleaning Technician

Everything Exterior is hiring a Window Cleaning Technician to serve residential and commercial customers. Previous window cleaning experience is not required—we'll teach you everything you need to know. We're looking for someone who is dependable, eager to improve, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
Employees who consistently demonstrate initiative, responsibility, and leadership have the opportunity to advance into a Crew Lead position within approximately two years.
Responsibilities
- Report to work on time, ready to begin the day's schedule.
- Clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces at homes and businesses.
- Use both traditional window cleaning methods and modern water-fed pole systems (training provided).
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and well maintained.
- Follow all company safety policies and safe work practices.
- Produce consistently high-quality, streak-free results while paying close attention to detail.
- Work cooperatively with teammates to complete jobs efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
