Bright is hiring experienced door-to-door sales representatives to sell residential window cleaning services throughout Utah County.
This is a commission-based sales role for people who already know how to knock doors, handle objections, and close homeowners.
Compensation
Sales representatives earn:
- 50% of the initial service value on each job they sell that is completed
- 25% commission on each future recurring service when you enroll a customer in a service plan
- Additional earning potential through manager overrides for reps who recruit, train, and manage a sales team
Example:
If you sell a $300 initial window cleaning and the service is completed, you earn $150.
If that customer continues on a recurring plan, you continue earning 25% of each qualifying future service generated from that original sale.
What You'll Do
- Knock residential neighborhoods throughout Utah County
- Speak directly with homeowners
- Sell one-time and recurring window cleaning services
- Quote customers using our established pricing structure
- Handle objections and close jobs
- Submit accurate customer and job information
- Represent Bright Window Cleaning professionally in the field
You are responsible for selling the work. Our technicians handle fulfillment.
Requirements
Previous door-to-door sales experience is required.
You should already be comfortable with:
- Approaching homeowners
- Starting conversations at the door
- Building value quickly
- Handling rejection
- Overcoming objections
- Asking for the sale
- Working independently
- Managing your own activity and performance
Experience selling pest control, solar, roofing, alarms, home services, internet, window cleaning, or similar residential services is preferred.
Growth Opportunity
Strong performers can move beyond individual sales.
Reps who demonstrate the ability to recruit, train, and manage other salespeople can become sales managers and earn override compensation on their team's production.
This creates two earning paths:

Schedule
This role offers flexibility, but consistent knocking is expected.
Saturday availability is especially valuable.
Territories and schedules may vary based on availability and performance.
