The Market Support Restaurant Manager will serve as a flexible and dynamic leader, supporting various restaurant locations as needed. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to providing training support, interim leadership on location during high-volume periods, bridging staffing gaps, providing on-the-ground training, supporting new store openings and transition phases. The successful person will have the ability to adapt, lead with influence, and maintain operational efficiency. The Support Manager will operate within a designated market area (approximately a 35-mile radius), reporting to various locations based on daily or weekly needs. This flexible, field-based role is designed to provide hands-on support—stabilizing operations, filling staffing gaps, and delivering on-the-ground training. A strong presence and adaptability are essential, as this position plays a key role in driving consistency, reinforcing standards, and keeping teams aligned across multiple locations.
What to Expect:
- Provide interim management support across multiple restaurant locations during openings, transitions, vacations, or staffing gaps
- Drive operations, guest experience, and team engagement
- Ensure consistent execution of Everyday Coffee Operational Excellence &
- Culture, as well as the Dunkin brand standards in guest service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Train and coach hourly teams and new hires as directed for both short-term and long-term assignments
- Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively. Provide real-time feedback on store performance, staffing needs, and guest satisfaction, support, and maintain action planning progress as needed
- Support new store openings and assist with operational setup and team readiness
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Foster a positive team culture and uphold brand values at every location
- Onsite operations - jump in wherever needed as a fully trained restaurant leader & certified team trainer
What is Needed:
- 2 years of restaurant management experience. QSR, multi-unit or training experience a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills and ability to build trust quickly
- Ability to travel locally between restaurant locations as needed.
- Solution-oriented and steady under pressure, creating order out of chaos
- Foster teamwork with agility to thrive in support role when needed
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proven ability to adapt quickly and lead in diverse environments

- Intermediate skills with operational tools such as food safety, labor, inventory, etc. within QSR concepts
- Eager to grow—this role has a path to restaurant, multi-unit or leadership/area training
