🔧 What You’ll Do
As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping everything in top shape. No two days are the same!
- Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure smooth operations
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests from residents and staff
- Perform a variety of repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and plastering
- Construct and repair building structures, partitions, and equipment using hand and power tools
- Keep our grounds looking great with landscaping tasks like mowing, trimming, planting, and more 🌿
- Assist with cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining company vehicles
- Help create a safe, well-maintained environment everyone can rely on
🧰 What We’re Looking For
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience
- At least 1 year of maintenance technician experience
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting required
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Must meet EveryAge’s auto insurance coverage standards
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
