As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering and coordinating care. You will:
- Provide direct, compassionate patient care to residents
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality nursing services
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies
- Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and patient safety
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
- Help create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment
🎓 What You Bring
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BSN preferred, but not required
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
Certifications & Skills:
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- CPR certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
